01Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All our plans have no minimum commitment. You can stop your subscription at any time, subject to the terms set out in our Terms and Conditions.
02How does the setup work?
You send us the materials needed for your project, then we take care of configuring your digital menu or guide and publishing it online. You don’t have to deal with the technical side.
03What do the setup fees for the Hotel plans include?
They cover the complete configuration of your digital guide: What’s on at the hotel today, breakfast, experiences, services, practical information, information about the hotel’s areas, contacts, events, frequently asked questions, nearby recommendations and the latest updates. We also configure your restaurant, bar, spa or other outlet menus according to the chosen plan, as well as your visual identity and logo.
04Can I change my plan?
Yes. Your plan can change as your business grows. You can switch to a suitable plan if you add new outlets or services.
05Are updates charged for?
No. Content updates are included in your subscription. You can update your digital menu or guide day to day from your management area at no extra cost.
