Before creating Gustosia, we ran an establishment ourselves and faced the constraints that many restaurant owners deal with every day.
A paper menu that has to be reprinted at the slightest change, information that changes regularly, and digital solutions that are sometimes hard to fit into an establishment’s budget.
Gustosia was born from this experience, with a simple idea: to offer food service and hospitality professionals a digital menu and digital guest guide solution that is modern, easy to use and designed to fit naturally into their daily routine.

No. Our team handles the initial setup. After that, you can easily manage your content and updates from a simple, intuitive space, with no technical skills required.
02How does the setup work?
After a conversation to define your needs, you send us your menu and materials. We configure your space and put it online, then you receive your login details and your QR code.
03Can I update my menu or digital guide myself on a day-to-day basis?
Yes. Once online, you can edit your content from the back office: prices, availability, information, menus, experiences, activities, stay information, access and much more.
04Do my customers need to install an app?
No. No app is needed. They can access your menu directly from their browser by scanning the QR code or using your short code.
05Does the menu work with a weak internet connection?
Yes. Gustosia is designed to remain usable even when the connection is weak or unstable, to make the menu easier to access when network conditions are less favourable.
06Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Our plans have no commitment: you can stop whenever you wish.
07I have an emergency during service: what should I do?
Contact us by phone in the event of a genuine emergency, for example if your menu cannot be accessed during service. For any other request, email us: we reply within 24 hours.
08My brand guidelines are changing: what should I do?
Send us your new materials, such as your logo or colours, and we will update your menu at no extra cost.
09How does the digital menu work with a QR code?
Your customers simply scan the QR code with their phone and go straight to your digital menu in their browser, with no app to install.
10How long does it take to get my digital menu online?
